How does it Work?
We provide free estimates for most jewelry repairs. If you have a digital camera, scanner or copy machine available, send us a picture of the piece via mail or email along with the description of the damage and we can give you a rough estimate (you may have to send us the peice for inspection for a precise estimate).

If your jewelry repair is simple (1 or 2 welds) and your jewelry is of moderate value (costume jewelry, fashion jewelry, silver jewelry, sentimental heirlooms or inexpensive gold jewelry) you can use our Jewelry Repair Mail-in Form. Repair starts at $29.95 (incl. shipping).

Our Guarantee
All our repairs are guaranteed for one full month. If our repair should break within that time, simply return it to us we'll either fix your jewelry again at no charge to you (except the cost of shipping) or we'll refund your original fee.
